I'm 15 and I trained with my high school team but was kicked off for insubordination. I wanted to at least get in a 1600m time trial so I went to my school.

All runners in a mile race that run 3:58 or faster naturally pass through 1600 meters under 4:00. There must be an official 1600 meter national record.
