The answers that have been posted before mine are correct: it should be “Here is some advice.” 'Advice' is a mass noun, which takes a singular verb . It is not a plural noun (like 'recommendations': “Here are some recommendations.”

“advice” is an uncountable (mass) noun in English (like “water” or “sand”), and as such it has no plural form.
