Instructions
  1. Pre-heat pan to medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over skin side of fish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and rub into the skin.
  4. Repeat on flesh side.
  5. Place Barra in pre-heated pan, skin side down, for 7 minutes.
  6. Turn the pieces over, skin side up. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and rest for 2 minutes.
