The secret to any good rice and gravy recipe is to use fatty cuts of meat like chuck roast, short rib, neck chops and 7-steak – the fatter the cut the better.
It's one of the first things you learn how to cook. Any meat can be used, but I personally prefer a chuck steak or roast. Hope you enjoy my recipe!
