13 truly demonstrates what Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, and the rest of Blur can do. Nearly perfection on every single track, not a dull moment in sight.

Without a doubt the best Blur album I have heard so far. It is their most artsy, experimental, and noisy album with some of their most interesting arrangements.
