Well, Sulcatas shouldn't eat any fruit or vegetable regularly. Their diet should be grass, weeds, hay, and dark leafy greens. A bell pepper as a rare treat is fine just don't feed it to them with any sort of regularity . They are high in sugars which can be hard on their digestive systems.
