Your payment method will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed (excluding security deposits). This applies for Instant Book, too.

Unfortunately, the simple answer is yes and no, but mainly no. The reason is quite apparent in the steps necessary to make a reservation.

You'll pay for part of your reservation upon booking confirmation, and future payments will be deducted automatically on the dates listed on the checkout page.
