  1. Saute garlic till slightly fragrant and add shrimp.
  2. Add water or vegetable/chicken stock. If you use stock, adjust seasoning accordingly (adding less if needed)
  3. Add fish sauce, bouillon powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Bring to a boil and add malabar spinach. Cook till spinach is tender 5-10min.
  5. Serve with rice!
