Method
  1. Place pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a food processor and blend until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs.
  2. Place in a bowl with chia seeds, salt and water and mix.
  3. Leave covered for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oven to 160°C.
  5. Spread mixture out on a greased oven tray to approximately 5mm thick.
