Parade Route
Find a spot near the Harold Washington Library to see our balloons do the “limbo” underneath the L tracks . The nicer the weather, the earlier your fellow spectators show up to the parade. The further south you go on the parade route (closer to Ida B. Wells), typically you will see smaller crowds.
