18 июл. 2019 г. · It is called Popup Tab Switcher and is available in Chrome web store. By default it uses Alt+Y shortcut but you can change it in the Chrome settings.

17 апр. 2024 г. · Go to chrome://flags/ntp-modules-redesigned and disable that setting. Relaunch Chrome and then your two row tabs will be back.
