complementary feeding - Axtarish в Google
Complementary feeding occurs when children receive foods to complement breast milk or infant formula (1, 2). Ideally, it begins at 6 months of age and continues to 24 months or beyond, reflecting the World Health Organization's recommendations for exclusive and continued breastfeeding (3).
Initially, they should receive complementary foods 2–3 times a day between 6–8 months and increase to 3–4 times daily between 9–11 months and 12–24 months.
