How to Incorporate Indoor Cycling Workouts Into Your Training Plan
  1. 3 minutes easy pedaling.
  2. 1 minute fast pedal (low resistance, fast as you can pedal without bouncing in the saddle)
  3. 1 minute easy pedaling.
  4. 1 minute max effort (100+rpm)
  5. 1 minute easy pedaling.
  6. 1 minute max effort (100+rpm)
  7. 2 minutes easy pedaling.
For beginners, we recommend starting with Low-Volume Sweet Spot Base. This will have you on the bike three times a week for a total of three to four hours.
