The word wine does not neccesarily carry the connotation of an intoxicant, which is forbidden in Islam . It can mean a fruit juice, ie grape juice. Since no other Israeli prophets drink alcohol, therefore its safe to assume Jesus turned water into wine ie grape juice, which is likely in its non- intoxicant form .
