3 bunches celery 1 pint mayonaise, 14-16 oz 1T garlic salt 1T garlic powder 1 small carrot Finely mince celery and carrot in food processor or with cheese grater. Put in cheesecloth and press ALL the water out. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir the next day.
