The EA app currently doesn't officially support being installed in another location besides the C drive.

In the EA app just click the download button for the game which you want to locate and then a Pop up will appear after that select the download location.

To find the current install location, open the EA App's game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > View properties. You'll see the install location there.

The EA App doesn't offer a way to change the install location after the fact. If it's not too much of a burden, the best way to move the game to D.
