Four-Year Eligibility Period: According to FHSAA rules, student-athletes have eight (8) consecutive semesters of eligibility (four consecutive years) beginning with the semester he/she begins Grade 9 for the first time . After eight (8) consecutive semesters, the student is permanently ineligible (Bylaw 9.5. 1).
