Mojito
  1. Mash mint into the bottom of a glass with a spoon.
  2. Add 2 oz. of Truvia Original Sweetener Ginger Concentrate into a glass along with about 8 ounces of club soda.
  3. Add the rum extract and ice.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Store leftovers refrigerator in a sealed container.
