Instructions:
  1. Lie down on your back.
  2. Place both legs onto a wall.
  3. Keep your bottom as close to the wall as possible.
  4. Allow your legs to part to either side.
  5. Aim to feel a stretch in the adductors.
  6. Aim to keep your legs completely relaxed.
  7. Hold for 30 seconds.
