Summer Proctors, Assistant Deans, and Resident Directors serve as chaperones, mentors, and advisors for students living on the Harvard campus.

Applicants should have a strong academic record as well as the patience and desire to help others learn difficult material in a fast-paced environment.

Proctors, resident directors, tutors, and more are recruited to enhance the experience of more than 3000 students visiting campus each summer.
