While this album is pretty repetitive, the great grooves and riffs on it are actually addicting, it's so good it feels like 10 minutes.

Not awful by any means by Helmet can and have done better. Top 5 Tracks: 1. Crashing Foreign Cars 2. Drug Lord 3. Smart 4. Throwing Punches 5. Last Breath.

This album is essentially the OK Computer of Helmet: Crunching, fierce riffs like you'd expect, with a surprise element of jazz and experimental.
