In the manual, there was this detail that resolved my issue: Display indicates RESDesk needs to be reset to accurately display height. Press and hold UP + H3 for 8 seconds . You will hear one beep and the display will begin to flash RES. Remove hands from the buttons and desk will start to move automatically.
