Slow cut is the answer. Aim to lose approx 0.5% bodyweight per week , keep protein around 1g per lbs of bodyweight-a little higher is OK though likely unnecessary, and train hard, with a focus on volume. Volume is highly hypertrophic - so sets of 10+, 2 or 3 times a week.
