Radiography Exam Outline. The ARRT Radiography Exam is composed of 200 scored questions divided into four main categories, which in turn are divided into subcategories. In addition, there will be 30 random pilot questions that will not be counted toward your score. The time limit for the exam is 3 hours and 50 minutes.
