Cancel or delete free orders to your event by going to Manage Orders (under Manage Attendees). Find the order you want to cancel and click Actions. Then choose to cancel or delete the order . If you're an attendee, you can cancel your free order by going to Tickets in your Eventbrite account.
You can cancel your free tickets to an event before the event starts. Go to "Tickets," select your order and choose "Cancel Order". |
