ROAST THE VENISON
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C). Use tongs to transfer the venison into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C). Flip the roast over and continue to cook for a further 20-30 minutes or until it is cooked to your preference.
