Right-click the OneDrive icon on the right side of the taskbar (cloud icon) > Settings > Sync and Backup > Manage Backup > Advanced settings > Download all files. This will ensure all your OneDrive files are stored locally. On this same Sync and Backup menu, go to Manage Backup and turn off all options.
