- Fill a clear plastic cup about halfway full of soil.
- Sprinkle about 5 soybean seeds on top of the soil.
- Lightly cover beans with enough soil to fill the cup about ¾ full.
- Water just enough to moisten the soil.

- Keep soil moist but do not overwater.
