Mix together mayo, a small amount of tomato sauce/paste (roast a tomato and blend it and pass it through a sieve if you don't have a tomato sauce), hot paprika, cayenne, salt, teaspoon of sugar, dried garlic, dried onion, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. A dash of liquid smoke would be good, too...
