Try the built-in app repair feature
Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features and search for Microsoft Teams. Select Microsoft Teams (or click the three dots next to it) and choose “Advanced options." Scroll down to the “Reset” section and click “Repair." A checkmark will appear once Windows has repaired the app.
