- Stand behind the service line with your non-dominant foot slightly forward.
- Hold the ball at thigh-height in front of you using your non-dominant hand.
- Make a fist with your dominant hand.
- Bring your dominant arm straight back.
- Step with your dominant leg and swing your arm forward.
