How to Unsync an iPad and iPhone by Signing Out
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Tap your Apple Account user name (in some versions of iPadOS and iPhone OS, this option is called "Apple ID") at the top of the Settings options menu to open your Apple Account settings.
- Tap Sign Out.
