11 июл. 2022 г. · There are two basic tie-in knots climbers should be familiar with: The figure-eight follow-through, or “trace eight,” and the double bowline with a back-up.

Form a small loop leaving enough rope for the desired loop size. Pass the end of the rope through the loop as though making an overhand knot.

The double bowline is now tied, but needs a stopper knot to be complete. Tie a half fisherman's by passing the end of the rope around the main strand twice.
