METHOD
- Preheat the omelette maker.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Once the indicator light has switched off, pour the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick plates.
- Close the lid and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes until fluffy.
