Murgh Makhani or Butter Chicken as it is commonly know is made with marinated chicken in a delicious creamy tomato gravy with a hint of chili, whole spices.

1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter. 5 green cardamom pods lightly crushed. 1” cinnamon stick. 4 cloves. 1 small onion finely chopped. 1 heaped tbsp grated ginger.
