This information sheet is designed to provide guidance if you are considering making a request to be excused from jury service.
At this stage you are simply notifying Juries. Victoria of your eligibility and availability to attend for jury service on a date within the period specified.
You must complete a Jury Eligibility Form, which will determine whether you are able to do jury service. It is easier and quicker to complete the form online.
