At this stage you are simply notifying Juries. Victoria of your eligibility and availability to attend for jury service on a date within the period specified.

Victoria uses juries to decide most criminal and some civil trials. If you are summonsed to come to court for jury service, you must make efforts to attend.

Juries of six are used to determine civil trials in Victoria, while juries of 12 are used in criminal trials.
