10 мая 2021 г. · I want to use the knife tool but it isn't visible in my toolbar. There are no three dots at the bottom to add more tools either. What should i do?

17 дек. 2018 г. · Look under the 3 dots icon at the bottom of the toolbar. All the tools are shown in there. You can drag it around or choose which ones are visible.

21 янв. 2024 г. · Those tools only work on vector objects. A jpg is a flat raster image. Look into the difference between vector and raster and it will make more sense.
