How To Perform Ladder Passing
  1. Have tossers line up down a line with about 5 feet in between them.
  2. The passer will start on either side of the line.
  3. A coach will first pass the ball to the passer.
  4. The passer receives the ball and passes to the first tosser.
  5. The tosser will receive the pass and hit the ball back.
