The antidote to fear and worry is to firstly acknowledge it, seek the kingdom of God, be in an attitude of prayer and thanksgiving.

Jesus encourages disciples not to seek the necessities of life first, but his kingdom. God will take care of them. And he gives them the Kingdom of God.

Jesus then tells them a parable. The parable shows us a man who “has” in abundance, but who keeps building bigger storage for the more that he feels he needs.
