This AppleScript allows you to automate the toggling of using Function Keys vs Media Keys on MacOS. Useful for VS Code debugging other applications.

Start by going to the Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences) > Keyboard. Then, click the Keyboard Shortcuts button on the right.
