This site provides information on how to access Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan public court case records through Odyssey Public Access (OPA).

You can only search by case number for Probate Court. To find a case number by name, click below to search cases through a Michigan Courts application.

Online Case Search. Effective January 1, 2022, new cases filed with the 37th District Court can be accessed online through the link below.

Public Access to Court Records. Public court records can be viewed online at https://micourt.courts.michigan.gov/case-search/?redirectUrl=%2Fcourt%2FD54B.

The most convenient way to view court records is online through PACER. To view records online, you need a login and password from PACER.

The System provides public access to the Register of Actions (ROA) for cases filed in the 36 th District Court and the Court's Schedule.
