In the "Keyboard & input methods" section, tap on "Virtual keyboard" or "On-screen keyboard." Tap on the name of the keyboard you want to move (e.g. "Google Keyboard," "SwiftKey," etc.). In the keyboard's settings, you should see an option to change the position of the keyboard.
