How to do a Neck Roll
  1. Start with your head down.
  2. Roll around to the right.
  3. Roll around to the back.
  4. Roll around to the left.
  5. Roll back down to the front.
  6. Repeat 3 times (to the right).
  7. Then complete one set of 3 neck rolls to the left.
