The NICU baby cuddler program is only available at the San Diego Medical Center . Shifts are 3 hours long, 7 days a week between 8am-8pm. There are times when no babies are available for holding. To avoid unnecessary trips, you will be asked to call one hour before your shift to inquire if your service is needed.
