Send automatic replies (out of office) from Outlook
  • On the View tab, select View settings in new Outlook.
  • Select Accounts > Automatic Replies.
  • Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle.
  • Select Send replies only during a time period, and then enter start and end times.
Microsoft 365 subscribers can set up automatic replies for when they are out-of-office or unavailable to respond to email. Select File > Automatic Replies.
At the top of the page, select Settings > Mail > Automatic replies. Select the Turn on automatic replies toggle.
