Go to Layout, and under Spacing, click the up or down arrows to adjust the distance before or after the paragraph. You can also type a number directly.

On the Home tab, click the Line and Paragraph Spacing command, then select the desired line spacing. The line spacing will change in the document.

Microsoft Word uses 1.08 line spacing by default. It also automatically adds 8 points of space after each paragraph (after a hard return).

27 янв. 2024 г. · Select all the text you want to modify. In the Paragraph drop down menu, adjust the line spacing and paragraph options as needed.
