Here's how to clear your Bluetooth cache:
- Open Settings > Apps.
- Tap See all apps.
- Scroll through the apps and select Bluetooth > Storage. That app's storage might be listed as Storage & Cache as well.
- Tap Clear Cache. Then, turn your phone off and on.
- Try to connect your Bluetooth device again.
