My pleco sometimes also like to dispose his poo at the filter intake sometimes when it's really long(8" ~ 10").

Plecos are notorious for those long poops. It is it's usual color, so I wouldn't worry about it. Make note if the poop is ever white or red.

Yep, perfectly normal. They don't digest very well, so the pretty much continually eat and poop.
