The display of numeric felds (and dates, times etecetera) depends on your Regional Settings. It can be adjusted in Power BI Desktop or in Windows (Land/Region).

In the Formatting Pane>Specifi column>Values>Value decimal places, enter 0 decimal places instead of "Auto" and that will display the thousand separator.

Normally the value is displayed like "46.079,25" - with a comma for decimal and dot as thousands separator. This is the expected format as regional settings ...

I prefer using recommended DAX separators but it has its disadvantages such as a comma as a thousand separator. See measure below to solve this issue.

But PowerBi goes wrong, (decimal separator = point and thousand separator = comma). The regional configurator is correct and Excel configurator is correct too.
